Such hard work to get good staff and then to keep them. We work with many of the colleges throughout Britain often giving presentation to the classes about to qualify to help them make decisions and give them advice and help in making that decision./

All applicants have their qualifications verified and references cheeked before they are interviewed and offered for placement. We can help with training courses as we have access to many of the top providers. We will shortly be offering a Maternity Nurse qualification to help with the new borns in the baby rooms.

We also have a bank of supply staff who are available at short notice to cover sickness and holiday cover.
