Investigation of title to the land to ensure the seller owns the land (you wouldn't wish to subsequently find yourself in a position whereby you do not own the property or that other people have rights to it);

Checking correct permits/consents/planning permissions have been obtained. You wouldn't want your property to be compulsory demolished for failure in having obtained these


Review the preliminary contract and negotiate contract terms to safeguard your interest;

Preparation of detailed report dealing with all our findings;

Review the final conveyance documentation before legal title is passed to you.

Advising in relation to completion procedures and relevant taxes payable.
